Great! I'd certainly stay again.

Liked: The room was very clean and well presented. The bathroom was spotless and had a great shower. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: I had to ask for some more teabags and milk as there was only enough for one cup. The tea was a good brand though!!!

Disliked: The bathroom had a very strong smell of damp

Tranquil night away

Liked: Staff are exceptionally friendly, price on point. Location exactly what we needed. Room comfortable with balcony over looking the Thames.

Disliked: The property is dated and in need of updating and some investment. I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels for less money. The room itself was clean but lacking in some basics. Poor tea and coffee facilities. No water supplied. No soap supplied for hand washing. Breakfast passable but not much choice. No fruit.

Liked: Well maintained hotel and rooms a good size. Very comfortable.
Disliked: Excellent, great location.

Liked: Clean, nice sized room, with air-conditioning
Disliked: Lots of stairs. Food and drinks were pricey. They charge a non-voluntary service fee in the restaurant
