Poor

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The mattress was hard as nails and the pillows were of poor quality. I had very little sleep. The cooked breakfast was lukewarm at best and again individual ingredients were of a substandard nature.

Liked: The location was brilliant. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good. Some of the junior staff need more experience but I’m sure this will come in time. The senior managerial staff were very good.
Disliked: A lot of stairs to negotiate on 2nd and 3rd floor for older customers.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was in a great location easy to find and easy access to restaurants and pab around the area .Stuff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean comfy and we had the best view .Thank you stuff for the best hospitality

Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t great, enough choice but very poor quality. Eggs gross and bacon looked raw Premierr inn down the road was cleaner What 2 year transformation ?Didn’t clean room on 2 night stay

Liked: The location, the view from the restaurant, the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast could of been hotter, the rooms were noisy, could hear the music from the restaurant early morning. The lighting in the room i stayed in was just lamps in the bedroom!
