Liked: The bed was more comfortable than I thought it would be. Pillows were excellent as well.
Disliked: Woman at check-in wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly by no means.

Disliked: My phone charger or curling iron would not stay in any outlet in the room. None! Website says breakfast, was informed no breakfast. Had a tub with big sign, do not use tub, showers only. I am a tub person. No Kleenex or soap. Very noisy late at night. No one at desk as I was leaving at 9am Friday morning to let them know I would not be back that night.

Disliked: customer service when I was there and now that i check out on Sunday morning and realize when i left I left a medical pillow there by mistake! l had Brain surgery a year and I have sleep in a special pillow i left it there call back when i got home in Dallas ti check for it and The Custimer Servicele was terrible he the maids came yesterday did not turn in anything and He would not know until Monday at 10 but i call early monday morning to see if he would go check the room for my pillow bc i have relatives live in lufkin who can pick it up for me and he hung up on me! i call him back he said he was busy! Not considering i need my Medical pillow and then said the maids come in at 10:30 instead of 10:00! Not Happy at all with your services!
