Overall, I enjoyed my stay....
Liked: The location was in proximity to school event and there were several restaurants near hotel. Room was extremely comfortable and clean and staff were openly friendly.
Disliked: On occasion, the water from the shower would randomly turn cold but then return to warmer temperature when adjusting the handle. This needed to be done a few times; however, the overall use and layout of the shower and bathroom was nicely accessible, clean, and accommodating.

Pretty hotel in great location,...
Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: We had issues at all 3 food establishments At block T, we were unsure if we were seated or seat ourselves told Kate ourselves, but nobody ever came back to give us a menu or take a drink order so we left and went to the restaurant on the first floor, where we were created by the hostess, but then a waitress told us. They were very backed up and we probably wouldn’t get food for at least 30 minutes when we were seated there were only people about four tables. The restaurant was not crowded so we’re not sure what the issue was causing the 30 minute delay. When we received our food, none of it was worth the price. The chicken salad was a blob of chicken with mayo no other ingredients with dry salad. In the morning, we went to the coffee shop long wait placed order after order. One of our items was not available so my son ate two croissants for his breakfast. We’re told egg bites would be an over a 20 minute wait so I said I would do a yogurt parfait and I even had to wait on that. It wasn’t prepared. We tried bar T again. Long wait to get drinks and told the kitchen was closed, we ended up doing Uber eats and eating a pizza in the lobby. It was family weekend so I would assume the restaurant would be stocked and ready for large crowds. It was very understocked, possibly understaffed too.

One Night Stay, 2 Connected...
Liked: The hotel staff were very friendly but skipped telling us a high level orientation (like where to find hotel breakfast, gym, etc.) and assumed that we either are familiar with the hotel or that we will find our way around. I booked 2 connected rooms and they were both very clean. The mattress was very comfortable. The hotel proximity to the university is the main reason for us to sty there, it is within walking distance to new students welcome center.
Disliked: There's a very loud train that passes by the hotel 2 to 3 times at night, the train always sound their horn as loud as it can be and woke me up and my kids 3 times during our sleep that night we stayed in the hotel. I got charged USD 100 (USD for each room) above the room booking fees, not sure if or when I will get that money back since we did not have any room service and did not use the mini bar at all.
