Relaxing, comfortable and very enjoyable...

Liked: Well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Lovely toiletries provided. Great setting. Staff were very responsive to my booking request and nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like.

Very bad

Disliked: I forgot my iPhone Charger and cables. I have emailed them. No response. I’ve called them and I was told they will call back me in 1 hour. Never get a call back from them. Very unfortunate. The size of the room was very compact, bed provided to my little one was very uncomfortable and inconvenient for his sleep. Utterly disappointed. I’ll never book this hotel again.
