Liked: Room was nicely decorated with a large comfy bed. Breakfast was good with a decent choice. The hotel’s public areas are clean and well maintained. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.

Liked: Hotel reception was beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. The spa facilities were perfect for a rainy afternoon to relax in. Plenty of free parking spaces for cars. Location was ideal for roadtrip around Cotswold & to Cheltenham for a night out etc. the breakfast was 10/10.
Disliked: No robes or slippers for the spa were provided in the hotel room.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Nice hotel, lovely staff. Ate in the restaurant and the food was very good.Really liked the hot water bottle in the room - a nice touch
Disliked: Lights in the corridors were on a sensor but when you walked from your room along the corridor they took a long time to come on 9like 9/10th) of the way - was ok as I was with a colleague but on my own I would have been uncomfortable
