Short stay for a wedding

Liked: The staff are amazing and very pleasant and helpful. The aesthetics of the hotel are really impressive and we love that bikes are offered to loan for beach rides. The pool is stunning and decor of rooms epic
Disliked: We didn't sleep well due to the lights outside our room being on the whole night. The blinds are helpful but not effective as the lights were as bright as the sun and also the sounds of planes and cars on the highway kept us up. Sound proofing in a location as busy as this would be helpful especially because we needed to be up at 4am for a sunrise wedding

Liked: The location was amazing. The pool was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was no wifi for the whole stay. For an international traveller this was an inconvenience. The price per night through Booking.com was very high :(

Fantastic!!

Liked: Everything!We stayed here cause we went to see Fisher which was nearby but we would 100% come back here to stay! The staff were so amazing and welcoming it felt like staying at a family members place. The location was great- right on the beach and close to the airport which was also convenient! Rooms were so cute and had everything we needed! The pool looked amazing, sadly we didn’t have time to have a dip but we will next time for sure!Thanks Tessa’s for having us!!

Disliked: Breakfast was way too sweet and not worth $20 each. It was just fruit, sweet yoghurt, sweet juice and sweet pastries - we should’ve asked what it would be because we wouldn’t have chosen that. The booking page had great reviews for a ‘continental breakfast’ so we assumed it would be (and were really looking forward to) a savoury breakfast with eggs and toast. When asked at the front desk if we’d like breakfast, we just said yes with this in mind - but no explanation was provided by staff.The pool wasn’t heated and was too cold for guests to swim (I saw a few guests just sitting near it). Very disappointing because we chose this accommodation with the intention to use the pool. Swam in the ocean instead which was lovely and very close.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful with a late check-in.
Disliked: Balcony light gets left on overnight with no option to turn off. Blind did not adequately block this out. Something to note if you need darkness to sleep.
