Liked: Perfect location. Very cute and perfect for a beach stay.

Enjoyed the bikes and beach

Liked: Loved the proximity to the walking/cycling path and beach and the use of the complimentary bikes
Disliked: Was a bit surprised to hear the noise of the nearby airport so very grateful for the earplugs.

Accomodating staff ready to help...

Liked: The location was amazing The staff were friendly and very accomodating and went out of their way to help on all occasions The main staff member who checked us in was amazing, so helpful and I could tell she was a one man show majority of the time, Sarah I believe her name was, despite being run off her feet she was lovely, never bothered that she was crazy busy and always had a smile on her face Also had the pleasure of meeting another lady named ivy who also was lovely, I even left some of my belongings there and went back and they were so accomodating to help me find, 110% will be back

Liked: The rooms themselves are shockingly small. There is zero cutlery, not even a knife or fork available to make a sandwich, not even a plate. My SUPERIOR Queen room - at $270 a night, didnt even have a sun chair out the front of it....Room 14. Dreadful value for money. Your pictures don't remotely shown the true size of the rooms.
Disliked: See above - room size shocking. Also - and there is no obligation to do this I know however I drove through the night as my accom in Coffs fell over. I advised the chap at reception if possible could I get into the room after midday . I sat stunned watching other people check in early whilst I was made to wait around the pool until 2.30pm.
