Disliked: Everything was great including the friendly staff except one older man on reception who was brash and quite unwelcoming, making people feel uneasy I noticed.It was like everything was too much trouble and his clients we nuisances

Liked: Large apartment with two rooms and two large beds in the bedroom, and also a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is near a metro, about 25 minutes from downtown, with a modest gym that is accessible upon request from 7 to 20 o'clock. Many shops can be found around this place, one is open 24 hours and also there is a 24 hour good market. This hotel is at walking distance from St Joseph church, which is a hallmark of Montreal.
Disliked: When we arrived late, the receptionist did not see that our booking was pre-paid, so we wasted a long time until booking.com and the hotel clarified the situation. There is only one elevator and sometimes the wait for it is too long. The view from our studio flat was to an ugly apartment building and it was dark, while the street view rooms were very bright. Insist on a street view room when booking at this hotel, or else it is depressing.
