Disliked: Limited paring Car spots

Pleasant, anccomodated our basic needs...

Liked: Receptionists were kind and pleasant. It was clean, good location for anything you need. Right by the metro.
Disliked: We were a little surprised to get a phone call at 10:40 saying we were too loud. Noise must be travelling easily as we were me and my two kids chatting in regular volume. But nothing further.

Liked: Well equipped spacious 1bdr suite. Clean, recently renovated.
Disliked: 1. During checkin front manager tried to overcharge me to $1500!!!!2. 1bdr suite has no TV, no heater and no AC in the bedroom . It’s quite strange3. Unlike majority of hotel there is no cable channels on TV

Liked: Clean spacious studio's and suites. A bit overpriced. Front desk girl not too friendly and rude, hostile. I emailed them recently to book a studio and got no reply. Guy at front desk says he never got messages so the front desk girl (the rude one) probably deleted them. I wrote a complaint letter to the owner which was also deleted. When I emailed them that I did an online review of the hotel that was not deleted. Go figure. Also I called to reserve and the guy at front desk hung up on me. I couldn't understand his heavy accent.
Disliked: See above. Plus toaster not clean lots of crumbs. Some faucet handles are on backwards. Hard to open and close. Some fridges are installed backwards. Hard to open. They never told me there is free laundry facilities. I once asked and they said no.
