Good hotel

Liked: Amazing hotel with the best furnitures and the place looks like a castle inside. I would recommend the stay. Staff are very sweet and the place is very neat and tidy.
Disliked: Only the breakfast was not a buffet but you'll get prepacked meals which is mentioned in the description. But good enough food for the price.

Cosy, Comfortable and Clean

Liked: A very comfortable couple of nights in this very clean and well located hotel.I enjoyed the breakfast arrangement where you selected your packed breakfast choices the night before, to be dropped off to your door for the am. Worked.for me :)

Liked: Bathroom was well appointed and the beds were comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast! Each evening we would order up to 10 items for breakfast, which were delivered in s bag to our room the next morning. There was nothing hot to choose although there was a microwave, coffee and tea in a room with some tables/chairs in it - the "dining room".

Disliked: Some breakfast foods needed to be refrigerated longer before handing out in the morning. Maybe they need an early and late delivery

Beautiful views and spacious rooms.

Liked: The hotel is very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The stairs were too many, staying in the second floor was like climbing the highest mountain without prior preparation.

Good, basic hotel in central...

Liked: The hotel is in a stunning building that has retained all its grand features.It is in a very quiet but central area. 15/20 minute walk to Waverley Station and a 10 minute walk to Holyrood and the Royal Mile.We were able to store our belongings after we had checked out, and then use the lounge to come back to for an hour or so between our appointment and catching the train home.
