Superb

Fair and convenient.

Liked: Beautiful building, fair room, perfect location
Disliked: Lots of stairs , room small, breakfast a little poorly

Exceptional

Liked: Wonderful! Very fancy facility, comfy bed, friendly staff. The ceilings were so high! Breakfast is delivered to your door, uncooked items but great selection and quality. Prompt staff response for towels/rubbish removal. She even let us leave our luggage after check out so we could explore the city!
Disliked: Nothing!

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: The location was close to the city centre, quiet and clean. Our room was great. On the whole it served our purpose well.
Disliked: I’d read the reviews about breakfast being delivered to the door before I booked, so knew what to expect. However, I would have appreciated better breakfast facilities, and would have been happy to pay extra for it. To be honest in hindsight I still would have booked the hotel, but gone out for a fresh breakfast somewhere else. I would consider returning again if a fresh breakfast was served in the dining room on the ground floor.

Liked: Fantastic period property in a wonderful location. Large room with lovely views. Exceptional value for money.
Disliked: All good.

Very good

Liked: Location, property style and comfort, bedroom sizes and furnishings. Very comfy bed and clean everywhere.
Disliked: Breakfast arrangements are basic, with choices of cereal, toast, croissant, fresh fruit, and cold drinks. Hot drinks always available and your cold items can be left in the dining room fridge. However, apart from gluten free bread, I was not catered for. Too many paper signs for house rules etc.
