Liked: Historic affordable hotel with lots of charm.
Disliked: I couldn't change my reservation to include breakfast in the dinning room. However, they have rolls, fruit and coffee in the lobby.

Fabulous Hotel! We will be...

Liked: Terrace Hotel - Lakeland is a beautiful hotel. The architecture is stunning. The location is right next to amazing Lake Mirror and swans! We thoroughly enjoyed our room. The bed was super comfy. The view of Lake Mirror was breathtaking. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Absolutely delicious! Our experience at the hotel definately was excellent. We plan to come back with friends!
Disliked: The coffee in the hallway for breakfast was not good. My coffee tasted like the metal urn it was being dispensed from. I didn't like it at all. Also, the creamer should have been kept on ice. The smoking by the main entrance is disgusting. We were really looking forward to spending g time on the beautiful porch. But, we did not because of the smoking.

Liked: The hotel looks and even smells great. The Grille Restaurant smells like a fireplace, which I think is great. Food is equally great. Room is good.
Disliked: It was impossible for me to figure out how to use the shower! The mechanism to get the water to flow through the shower head instead of the spigot is so well hidden and frustrating to find, one had to call the desk to find out the trick. I've never seen this type of shower in 49 years.
