Depends on your room, but...

Liked: I think the hotel has the potential to be great, but it's really luck of the draw. We had a first level room that opened up to the parking lot whereas the hotel had plenty of lake view rooms (and it was not full...). For $200+ for one night, that felt like a rip off. They've also built a whole new wing and we were in the sad old wing. It just felt like we were left behind. The staff were very pleasant and the option to borrow bikes almost made up for it (we also didn't have a car and this is a very car reliant area so we wouldn't recommend coming without one!).
Disliked: The view from the room will either be beautiful and overlooking the lake or the saddest thing you've ever seen.

Liked: Hotel was great for marathon event. Restaurant was amazing both times we ate there.

Liked: The staff were super nice
Disliked: Felt it was overpriced. No continental breakfast, AC was not working great and it took a while to get essentials needed in room.

Disliked: Still under construction. Given that and the lack of a breakfast, I would have expected the rate to be lower.
