Liked: Pleasant atmosphere and friendly people. The location is excellent, just a few blocks from downtown. The bathrooms are clean, and I never had to wait to shower. As for the food, breakfast is my favorite! It's truly delicious and filling. Thanks to the entire team for the excellent service, especially Melanie and Camilo ❤️

Liked: Easy, good, clean, comfortable !
Disliked: Staff members are not kind and don’t know anything about Adelaide since they give you false information because they don’t know the answer to your easy questions, they don’t speak good English, they never smile. Went to them a few times with questions such as « how much cost the laundry » « where is the laundry » « is there free public transport in cbd » « where can I find x or y in the kitchen » « where is the post office »— always looking at you like you’re boring and disturbing them. Don’t wanna help, make you feel like a burden and also, they say « no post office here open on Saturday» and there is a few but just closes at 12. It’s just disappointing to pay that high price and have a bad experience with staff.
