Disappointing for a Special Occasion

Liked: Location and the comfort of the bed.
Disliked: Few of the staff were friendly, the farm experience was lacking. We booked its restaurant with our guest to celebrate our civil wedding and we couldn’t order what we or our guests wanted at the restaurant, we all left hungry after few unwanted antipasti.

To much money for the...

Liked: Nice place nothing over the top though. Pretty view.
Disliked: It was very hot in our room and they would not turn the air on, In June and 90°in the day! Food was just ok, breakfast minimal not that great. Pool was not very clean

Agressive Staff

Liked: Can’t say as we checked out within an hour of checking in
Disliked: STAFF, we’re very rude & agressive. Made to feel unwanted and in the way. Would rather sleep in car than here

Should have stayed at another...

Liked: The woman who checked me in on day one was nice and helpful, but all of the other staff members i met after that were quite hopeless. I booked a spa treatment for the day i departed and was told after waking up early to have breakfast before hand that the therapist couldn't be bothered waking up early so i couldn't have my treatments. There were other agriturismo's in the area and I chose this one because of the spa. Incredibly disappointing
Disliked: Staff were lack luster, also the restaurant food was not nice at all for agriturismo standards

Perfect and well maintained location

Liked: What a beautiful place to be.On top of a hill and views all around.I was very pleased with the service and the hotel in all ways.I would recommend this hotel, even for a longer stay, although we were there only one night.

Beautiful building in a remote...

Liked: The friendly receptionist made us most welcome upon arrival and sorted out any issues we had with the room very quickly (flat pillows). The hotel was of a good standard and we had a comfortable nights sleep.
Disliked: No lift (not an issue for us but I was glad I didn't bring elderly relatives).

Superb

Liked: Excellent breakfast; it has a good restaurant, which was nice since it wasn't within walking distance to any other restaurants. Would be nice to use the pool in warmer times. Great views.
