Liked: Convenient location, clean, friendly staff, great pub and beer garden below. Nice touch with crisps/snacks and water provided each day.
Disliked: It’s a pity they don’t offer breakfast, but we knew this upon reserving and there are plenty of options to eat nearby. Also there’s a kettle in the room, so you could also get pasties and bring them back to the room to have with your tea. The bedside tables and desk could be updated, even just paint them white which would spruce up the room a bit.

Liked: Lovely place, friendly staff, very clean, made the room up daily with fresh towels, toiletries, toilet roll, tea coffee, even little touches like crisps water biscuits, food was lovely downstairs in the pub, nice lively place, really enjoyed our stay. We paid £550 for 4 nights, a little pricey I thought for rooms above a pub but then it was in the heart of Tenby so to be expected, would deffo stay again
Disliked: All I can think of is the tv didn’t work, we left it the first night, second night one of the lads tried to sort it, but couldn’t, we managed to get it working eventually but no biggie. They left us a bottle of Prosecco as a sorry maybe, which I thought was a great touch.

Liked: Location is brilliant
Disliked: Used this "pub" many times over the years but for drinks only - The access route to the room is very shabby/scruffy and uninviting, since learnt that it is a location of many Stag and Hen weekends! once in the room I was pleasantly surprised as by now my anxiety was through the roof. Room and bathroom clean, towels and bedding very fresh, but furniture - marked/stained. When using the "hot" water in the bathroom there was one hell of a noise and it was soon apparent that this was a common theme in other rooms too as we could hear the tap noise through the walls. Very busy "pub" and staff are not the happiest TBH
