Nicely decorated room with good amenities; a very comfortable bed and pillows; in a central location.

Overpriced for a mediocre stay.

Liked: Staff were efficient and the location is good.
Disliked: Pillows were too fat and not comfy. Breakfast was poor quality. The coffee at breakfast tasted horrible and the continental breakfast wasn’t great quality. The car park is more than a 5 mins walk from the hotel which isn’t ideal. The room wasn’t that special considering we upgraded to a deluxe double. The room could have had some nice bath robes. Overall we didn’t think it was particularly good value for money and were surprised by the high reviews.

Liked: We had to upgrade our room as the standard was very small. Sliding door to bathroom right next to bed. And it felt like a Curtin.. so needed a bit more room away from bathroom.
Disliked: The first room. It has to be the smallest room I ever stayed in. I am a return visitor to the ten square. Over 7 visits in 3 years. No room available only upgrade at full price.

Liked: The staff was very nice and friendly, as you walk in your greeted and made feel very welcome. Also the location is great, near the train station, in the city centre and a walking distance to so many places.
