Nicely decorated room with good amenities; a very comfortable bed and pillows; in a central location.

Lovely hotel and great rooftop...

Liked: Location was ideal for the restaurant we were eating out and near the Market when we’d arrived. The Loft bar was fabulous and really nice interior. Really like the atmosphere as not too stuffy and nice friendly staff. Busy hotel and I can understand why.
Disliked: My boys commented that they thought the gold X logo was a bit naff. I quite like X with reference to ‘Ten’ Square but I can understand that the hotel interior particularly the rooftop bar is so polished that a logo should match but that’s being very picky.

Comfortable stay with handy access...

Liked: Location handy, very central. Staff as always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast first class.
Disliked: Bit of noise from outside with windows closed.

Great hotel in a perfect...

Liked: Great hotel in a perfect location. Easy walking to everything right in the heart of Belfast. Quiet rooms and comfy beds. All conveniences provided. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Difficult to find. The property is on the side street and not the street advertised.
