Liked: Good location and a nice comfortable hotel. The breakfast was good
Disliked: They add a 4% surcharge to your bill which I think should be included in the quoted price when we originally booked.

Quaint hotel in a charming...

Liked: Excellent location to Oxford street and the William Collection. Great breakfast!
Disliked: You can hear other doors opening and closing, street noise in the morning. Shower was basic and water could have been hotter.
