Liked: Location is excellent!Staff in the reception was so great (I forgot to check her name, day shift on 10th July, desk in the middle of the reception) she was helpful on printing a few key documents for me while I was struggling to find a proper printing services for an urgent matter, it’s so much appreciated!!

Liked: I loved my stay here. The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful--I had a minor health issue where I needed to communicate with the NHS as a tourist and they were very helpful in assisting me in doing that. Comfortable bed and good AC. Would stay here again!
