Great hotel, great location

Liked: Everything the hotel was spotless. Bedrooms were bright and roomy, meals were delicious. Staff were excellent
Disliked: We loved everything. We wouldn't change a thing, other than private parking .

Great accommodation with excellent facilities.

Liked: Was perfect for the Festival theatre, which was the reason for my stay.
Disliked: Would have been helpful if whereabouts of lifts C & D had been pointed out to me at reception.

Great for a 2 night...

Liked: The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. My room was spacious and clean, with both air conditioning and windows which opened easily. The bed was comfortable and the shower was modern and powerful. I really liked the modern, bright and attractive decor in the public areas. I had the continental breakfast which provided a good selection of cereals, fruit , yoghurt and pastries.
Disliked: Thoroughly enjoyed my stay - no complaints!

Disliked: When we booked we specified King size bed and walk in shower. The first room we were shown had a queen size bed although the management insisted that it was king size. The next room had a King size bed but no walk in shower. In the end we settled for a higher floor room with a tiny bathroom with a walk in shower but Queen size bed (which they again insisted was a King sized). Breakfast for a good city centre hotel was of poor institutional quality. We stayed three nights. The room was not properly cleaned after the first night. After Second night it was well cleaned.
