Plan for a loud night.

Liked: Great location. Nice, clean & new.
Disliked: They overbooked for the weekend and couldn't give us the room I had reserved almost six months previously. We got a pull out couch with no linens- they were lateral brought up after we called. It's LOUD. I know to expect that when staying downtown but I mean LOUD! We heard every conversation and footstep in the hall- and even on the 9th floor couldHear people talking on the street. I played white noise on my phone through the blue tooth mirror which probably bothered the people on the other side of the wall, or perhaps helped

The Barbz loved the new...

Liked: Immediately upon arrival the bell hop / car attendants were extremely welcoming and helpful! Helped us with our luggage to our room with out making us move a thing! And held friendly convo the entire way up over our occasion for being in town! We were two barbz coming to see Nicki Minaj and to also go out on Broadway with out having to worry about Ubers or dd. We walked everywhere!
Disliked: The only thing we did not like was not knowing how to walk into the hotel from the parking garage. We ended up walking all the way around and around and down the ramp back to the front door. I also don’t agree with having to pay almost 50 dollars a night to park your car at a hotel you are paying to stay at. 50 dollars for a flat rate for the entire stay I wouldn’t mind as much. But thankfully we were only staying for two nights. Other wise I woulda probably canceled our reservation and found somewhere with free parking. The most annoying part was being woke up to vacuum’s at 8am. I wake up early for work everyday and was looking forward to sleeping in. But the constant vacuuming prevented me from falling back asleep.

Liked: The location was great, close to Broadway but far enough to not hear the crowds and noise. The staff was friendly and helpful, quick to offer suggestions on things to do, places to see, and food to eat.
Disliked: Valet was too expensive and still requested an additional tip. No discount for people staying at the hotel versus everyone else in the city even though the valet was mandatory.

Would be nice if it...

Liked: Nothing.. wasn’t even open..
Disliked: Never got to see it. Pretty much does t exist right now during construction
