Disappointing

Disliked: The room 119 was extremely noise like a big fan or Motor was running finally quit making noise late durning the nite also the pillows were terrible and no balcony

Great pool, skip the restaurants

Liked: The pool facilities were wonderful, thats what we went for and they delivered. Clean, warm lovely salty mineral soak, beautiful scented steam room, cool herbal towels, and a nice bonus was the free yoga class they offered in the pool. I felt rejeuvenated from the experience.
Disliked: Staff were not helpful especially in the restaurants. Went with kids to the main restaurant and it wasnt open yet, and we werent allowed to order from the lounge because kids. The servers could have let us know about the poolside cafe but they didnt. Later on, we found that poolside cafe, and ordered there - and were served expired milk. (It expired that day). I asked if we could get a fresher milk for our kids and both the staff there said no, all the milk they had expired this day, not apologetic at all, like we should just accept the expired milk.

Disappointing

Liked: The mineral spa
Disliked: Toilet wouldn't flush had wait over 20 minutes for tank to fill

Future visits may just include...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful, pool was enjoyable as always !
Disliked: Room was in desperate need of a Reno, for the price I feel one deserved a whole lot more ! Rooms were very small with uncomfortable beds ! All furniture looked like it had seen better days !

Disliked: The room booked through this site was less than adequate and had to ask for another room for increased costs

Fantastic place to stay.

Liked: The rooms are quiet and clean. If you get the king is,e room without a balcony, they are huge! And the chairs are awesome. The spa pool is so nice and relaxing.
Disliked: The pool was closed Wednesday morning when there was going to be a class for maintenance but I think that couldn't be helped. I would have liked to be in the class though.

Liked: Love soaking in the mineral waters 3x a day at Temple Gardens Spa!Bobby's Place across the street from the Parkade has great food and sometimes LIVE MUSIC!
Disliked: Broken blinds and a fridge that froze everything.
