Liked: The location was good close to most tourist features
Disliked: There was no elevator/lift had to carry the luggage up and down two flights of stairs

Disliked: The staff and the fact you can't have guests in your room I was out with a frien and could not even bring them back to my room if I wanted to plus everyone needs photo id never have I had this with any hotel I have visited in any country also the cleaners started at 8am and the noise they made you would think they where building a hotel not cleaning it also the room door could do with being soft close .

Liked: Well located, lovely staff, room appeared to be recently renovated, good hot water, comfy bed and it was quiet considering the location
Disliked: Could only open one window a little bit, but it was ok

Liked: Location was close to bus station
Disliked: Horrible windowless room. Extremely loud. Room is next to a supply closet and the employees are constantly going in and out, opening and closing the door, moving equipment and hitting the shared wall. No temperature control in the room, so it was uncomfortably hot.
