Disappointing overall – tired hotel...

Liked: The location was great – really central and easy to walk everywhere. Check-in was quick and staff were welcoming, even though we arrived in the early hours after a delayed flight. Lobby area was clean
Disliked: There was a damp or musty smell in the corridor and room (435), which didn’t go during our stay. Bathroom was really dated – mould on the ceiling, warped bath panel and extractor fan didn’t seem to work. Windows were filthy with visible black mould, including on the curtains. AC was left blasting on full every day by cleaning staff, making the room freezing and uncomfortable. It was also very noisy at night with traffic, bin lorries, and street cleaning. Emailed the hotel to request a room change and got no response, even though rooms were showing as available.
