Very friendly staff, but located...
Liked: The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a great selection of both healthy options and a full Irish breakfast. The staff was very friendly. I recommend planning your tours independently. We had prebooked all our activities before arriving in Dublin, as the most popular ones tend to sell out quickly. Highlights I’d recommend include the City waling tour, Literature Pub Crawl, the Musical Pub Tour, Kilmainham Gaol, taking the train to Howth for a beautiful hike and, of course, the Cliffs of Moher and Galway tour (which we, unfortunately, missed due to a misunderstanding: the hotel had told us that if we booked the tour for two people, the third would be complimentary which made our stay at the hotel different than expected ).
Disliked: We chose this hotel because of its excellent location within walking distance to many of Dublin’s top attractions like Trinity College, the Guinness Storehouse, and the National Library. In that sense, it was fantastic. However, as firsttime visitors to Dublin, we didn’t realize the hotel is located right in the middle of Temple Bar, the city’s busiest nightlife area. From the website, the nightly live music in the pub and the basement game center seemed like great features, especially since we were traveling with teenagers. In reality, the atmosphere around the hotel was not what we expected. Outside the lobby, we regularly saw people dealing with addiction, some begging during the day and sleeping on the street at night. There was a noticeable police presence in the area, including officers inside the hotel lobby in the evenings, which made us feel both reassured and uneasy at the same time.If you're looking for a lively party weekend, this hotel might be a great fit. But if you're hoping for a more relaxed stay and a good night’s sleep after a full day of sightseeing, I’d recommend choosing a hotel in a quieter part of the city. Dublin is compact, and most major attractions are still easily accessible on foot.

Very good
Liked: Large room for three people. Very central location to explore the city, but be aware that the street can be noisy. Our room was on the side street, so we weren’t disturbed that much by the loud crowds in the pubs around.
Disliked: The TV was sit on the side, far from the bed. Not convenient at all.
