Service needs a lot of...

Liked: Breakfast was standard, location was great
Disliked: No electricity in the room first night, changed the room but no twin beds, as requested, this time. At the end, we were given an extra room at no charge but we had to unpack/pack a number of times. The staff was not polite and helpful at all.

Liked: For the price room was tiny. I regularly would knocks on door for cleaning. At odd times like 9am and 3pm. Shampoo and soup were not on par with other 5 star hotels. Bar and breakfast was great.On Friday there was a wedding there that was so loud I couldn’t sleep even with ear plugs. That unacceptable
