A pleasant hotel but staff...

Liked: Beautiful hotel and a really nice location.
Disliked: In my experience staff didn’t provide adequate service for the level of the hotel and weren’t particularly kind. In a similar hotel across other capitals of Europe, staff would be kinder and more attentive. Also I felt there wasn’t enough staff, only having 1 or 2 people max at the front desk and the door.

Liked: Beautifully designed historical Building, Great Location - walking distance to museums. Best Cocktails in Berlin downstairs in bar. Delicious food in Restaurant.

Super stylish and comfortable hotel...

Liked: Loved the spacious room, the stylish fixtures and fittings, the gorgeous bed, the great location and the wonderful view. Didn’t like fact you can’t cast to the tv with a iPhone

Amazing hotel with great staff

Liked: Super comfy beds, decor of the rooms, spacious
Disliked: Breakfast was a little busy and difficult to get attention from the staff, but I could tell they were trying hard.

Liked: This is the best hotel in Berlin if you like the cosy industrial look. It's all brilliant, but a special mention has to be made for the gym, which is probably the best I've ever used. Staff are great, breakfast is totally delicious, rooms are a lovely size. Love it!
