Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Large, comfortable room. Restaurant excellent.

Liked: Nice and spacious; staff are kind and helpful.
Disliked: I don't like the room assigned to the end of corridor - too far and need to walk staircase.

Great location in the middle of everything and close to Empire for shows; rooms lovely; continental breakfast choices very limited compared to Premier Inn continental choice.

Liked: Lovely comfy beds.
Disliked: Yes, continental breakfast options very limited.

Liked: Excellent hotel, very centrally located. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast options were excellent and were kept well topped up. There is no parking with the hotel, but the nearby NCP wasn't too pricey. Would recommend.

Liked: Decor in room, location, loved the sausages for breakfast. The snug room was spacious and nice. Didn't miss not having a window.
Disliked: No toilet brush in bathroom, also spent too long looking for a second towel as it wasn't in the bathroom. Wasn't expecting it to be in the bottom of the wardrobe. Breakfast wasn't very hot.

Excellent hotel will be back!

We had a very comfortable...

Liked: The size of the room and the cleanliness. The walk in shower was excellent and the bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful especially when we had a problem with the T.V. Reception staff very welcoming. Close to centre of Coventry and amenities.Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Our room had a connecting door and you could hear the people in the adjoining room very clearly. Ie hair dryer, when they spoke, the television etc. even though they seemed to be quiet people. It made us feel that we couldn’t talk much so as not to disturb them. Light not good for applying make up.
