Liked: Nice and spacious; staff are kind and helpful.
Disliked: I don't like the room assigned to the end of corridor - too far and need to walk staircase.

Great location in the middle of everything and close to Empire for shows; rooms lovely; continental breakfast choices very limited compared to Premier Inn continental choice.

Liked: Lovely comfy beds.
Disliked: Yes, continental breakfast options very limited.

Over all great

Liked: Perfect location for visiting the AO arena.Swimming pool had timing for Adult only and Family time.Breakfast was lovely we all enjoyed.
Disliked: Price of the little shop, a normal bottle of coke 500ml which is normal £1.40 is was £4.95
