Nice but not exceptional any...

Liked: I have been guest for years and always happy as location, pretty rooms and comfy beds are important. Small gesture of fresh lemonade and cookies at entrance was very welcomed , reception as always exceptionally nice
Disliked: This time though the carpet on the floor was super stained, it looked awful! Same for the carpet on the corridor. Seems less nice and focused on a guest since taken over by Digest hotel group

Liked: Excellent location. Clean and staff were very nice.
Disliked: Some of the ammenities had to be asked for at the reception, for example hair conditioner, bath robes etc.

Liked: Our long weekend started with an early flight to Warsaw. We arrived hours before the check-in time, but the personnel had already prepared our room ready for us. The bed was super comfortable, the room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast buffet offered dozens of different options to try. The location of the hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway.
