Pleasant budget accommodation

Liked: Pleasant budget accommodation in quiet, country location not far from the sea. Staff helpful and informative.
Disliked: Cleanliness wasn’t great. Needed a good vacuum, particularly under beds, sofas and sofa cushions. Lacking sufficient basic cleaning items like cloths, antibacterial sprays and additional bin bags. Shower tended to cycle between hot and cold.

Peaceful and very kiwi private...

Liked: The bbq, the kitchen, trampoline/games room, the river, the privacy, nature sounds ,beautiful bathroom
Disliked: Bugs, no wifi, no tv but used phone as a wifi hotspot and they supplied dvds which was great

Wonderfully calm and peaceful.

Liked: Beautiful surroundings, sound of the river is so calm and peaceful, staff are very friendly and helpful. Kids LOVED the trampoline and play area.
Disliked: The shower water is unreliable… temperature varies within seconds and water pressure slows completely. No WiFi or TV in lodge. More storage/ packing place for clothes would be good.
