Excellent convenient motel

Liked: Most lovely helpful staff who would do anything for you and fabulous hot tub .
Disliked: The second time I stayed the shower was a little weak but mentioned and she was getting someone to fix it

Liked: The location is perfect, it’s clean tidy n very comfy and the host if fantastic. Very helpful

Excellent property highly recommend, lovely...

Liked: Loved it, very comfortable staff were excellent, remembered why I was there and had a great chat to me both on arrival and departure. Excellent location. Walking distance to a variety of shops and entertainment
Disliked: Parking could be tricky, limited spots. And if your on the second floor you have to carry luggage upstairs (owner was nice enough to offer to carry my bag but I declined) may not be suitable for all travellers)

Loved Havelock North so will...

Liked: Friendly staff and rooms good size and clean
Disliked: Our room was under stairs in corner so didn’t get much sun but it had a very efficient heat pump so it was fine
