Very friendly and helpful hosts

Liked: Clean and comfortable room. Super friendly and helpful owners. Delicious plentiful breakfast. Bus stop immediately outside to allow easy travel to/from town and hospital (purpose of stay was to visit partner in hospital). Note that parking is on road and I was lucky to get a spot immediately outside the property.

Just what we needed, and...

Liked: Excellent breakfasts, and having a bus-stop right outside the door for buses direct into the city centre was perfect.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Taylors Guesthouse. Kay could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the house is so tastefully done, and immaculate, and the breakfast excellent quality. Thanks Kay and Steve for making it such a nice experience.

Very comfortable stay and great...

Liked: Breakfasts were excellent and hosts couldn't do enough for us.
Disliked: On busy main road which is noisy if windows open. Would have liked blackout curtains or blinds as the blinds let in light.

Excellent venue for a short...

Liked: Excellent cooked breakfast on top of the usual, continental offerings. Warm and friendly hosts.
Disliked: The blinds didn't completely block out the light and so it was a little bright in the morning.

Liked: Kay and Steve were very welcoming and provided us with a map of Salisbury. Sadly, the town path along the river is flooded, so we walked into Salisbury down the road, which was easy enough. It is uphill on the way back, so we caught the bus! There is a bus stop very near the house and handy if you don't want to walk. The fruit at breakfast was really good quality and the cooked breakfast was perfect. The room decor was lovely. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: It is situated on a main rd, which was OK on a chilly weekend in April, but It meant we had to keep the window closed. I'm not sure how I'd find it in summer, though. The bed was a little uncomfortable.
