Clean, warm and good value...

Liked: My second stay here and once again the property was clean and in good order with good facilities although a coffee table in the lounge would be nice.
Disliked: Both times I’ve stayed here I’ve not been sent the access code by check in time and I’ve had to ring up and wait for a service provider

Passable

Liked: The area was nice and quiet, the neighbours were friendly enough. For the most part, the house was bareable. The WiFi signal was decent throughout. This was the highlight of the place.
Disliked: Where to start this place is in dire need of an update. The wallpaper is coming off the walls or damaged oddly the place smelled like it had been freshly painted but there were no signs this was the case. The Kitchen was nice but the table is on its last legs the fridge has a lean on and it's sparcely equipped. The oven needs a seal replacing. The chairs outside we didn't bother with seeing that one of them was broken. I pity anyone who looks to stay here in the winter as nearly all radiators have had the control caps removed so even if you get the boiler switched over to heat and water you can only set the temperature via the wireless thermostat.The TV remote is knackered needs replacing as all we could do was turn it on and flip through the basic channels no ability to use Netflix etc as buttons to log in on this don't work.The beds were ridiculously uncomfortable (yes we tried both of them hoping one would be better than the other)Bathroom was ok but if you are like me and expect some decent pressure in your shower don't it was barely passable.All in all a bit of a disappointing experience we paid over 200 for three nights stay and quite frankly I wish I'd saved myself the money and the drive. This I think is what happens when a hotel runs a holiday home it loses the care and attention that goes in to making it feel comfortable and that home from home feeling.

Liked: Everything. Clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable beds. Home from Home.
Disliked: Nothing. Turned out to be much better than expected and will be returning in the future.

Nice house good base just...

Liked: Had everything we needed as a base, decent size
Disliked: Needs some love and attention, carpets and wallpaper coming off, while we were out someone had come in the garden as the chairs were moved and made me feel abit uneasy as wasn’t sure if someone had been inside or not. Also couldn’t watch Netflix or view the tv guide as only half the remote worked
