Convenient, quiet hotel.

Liked: This hotel is run by a very nice couple. Our room was large with an adequate kitchenette and a generous patio. The decor was basic but functional. The breakfast was fine but nothing special. The location is very convenient and quiet and is close to the train station.
Disliked: The toiletries were very basic.

Fantastic room and lovely owners

Liked: The hotel owners were so accommodating. The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the church across the road. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We wish we could have stayed longer but we had to leave early in the morning. The lovely owners offered to make us a sandwich to take with us because we couldn't stay for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Just a short walk to the station and into the town. Lots to see.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Simple but very clean accommodation...

Liked: Hotel is convenient to the historic town center and the train station. The room was spotlessly clean but a bit spartan. It was very nice to have the kitchenette. There was a large deck that we did not utilize as it was cold but should be lovely in the spring and summer. The breakfast was acceptable with a fresh fruit salad and freshly squeezed orange juice. In addition to cheese, ham and yogurt the host did offer scrambled eggs or a plain omelette.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have a set of sheer curtains in addition to the dark drapes so there could be privacy but still enjoy the light. This room had a shower stall that was open to the bedroom so you want to be very familiar with your roommate!

Disliked: didnt have a hair dryer, there is no 'do not disturb' sign so room was entered when I was gone ... Either you dont clean for short stays or have a 'do not disturb sign' or you ask whether you can clean ...
