Liked: The upgrades to the hot pools are fantastic, Accommodation was warm and comfortable, and a great size for our family.
Disliked: The only let down was how unclean our accommodation was.

Liked: That the hot pools are there and they are discounted.
Disliked: The heated flooring was not working and the main bed sagged in the middle which made us sleep uncomfortable and fall towards each other which also made it uncomfortable. We stayed a few years ago and that room was amazing and felt extra clean and had a washing machine. We couldn't fault it but this time I was quite disappointed.

Nice rest stop in between...

Liked: The cabins were nice and warm with the heat pump. The space was perfect for a family of 4.
Disliked: The TV was too small but kei te Pai😊

Liked: So clean and great, beautiful location
Disliked: It was quite expensive for what it was, like although it was stunning it was still quite expensive and some things didn’t work well. Huge thanks to the cleaning manager Jean, she was so kind and a great worker.

Ok for a quick stay...

Liked: Location good. staff were friendly
Disliked: Room was dirty, they did change it though once I told them . Beds were extremely hard , and it was very noisy, heard people above walking and banging. Didn’t get much sleep because of those.

Disliked: Reception staff could have been more helpful when there are no instructions for washing machine and it not excepting the correct coins and machines not working properly. On the map, it should show washing machines not just the word “facilities”.Wi-Fi does not work properly in chalet 5, terrible reception. No spare blankets and no tongs for kitchen.
