Great base for cricket
Liked: It's good value as it is Town centre ( but not noisy) and has free parking, very good base if you are going to cricket or football. Cricket is 10 min walk, footy about 15 min walk
Disliked: Be aware it has gone unmanned, entry is via a code sent to you , was slight problem as think it has about 16 bedrooms but car park was full on arrival and no one to ask where to go and similarly if you like a local on site for information, you are not going to get it but accept this will keep the price down. Not a criticism just a comment

Disliked: No remote control for the telly - hosts were responsive but really couldn't have cared lessAsked about EV charging before the stay - also incredibly disinterested response, to the point of rude.Sink was cracked - bathroom quite dilapidated Overall did not like the manner with which the hosts communicated (via text and email) - zero marks for customer service. Why bother being in the 'hospitality business'?? It is not difficult to communicate politely. I would never stay there again on that basis. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Liked: Over all I was very pleased it was better then premier for Wi-Fi comfort of pillows and bed and price and location and it was easy to book extra nights and the prices didn’t fluctuate. They were roundabout the same price you will take two or three quid. I’ll definitely be using them again. Really central to town and everything you need you need.
Disliked: No host to begin with but I get it no I know what to do and the rooms need fans when it’s hot other than that I really like

Liked: It feels rather unfriendly just letting yourself into the hotel and your room, but the information provided was timely and accurate, it was easy to get in and there was a phone number available in case of problems, so it all worked very well.
