Well located. Lovely staff. Clean and tidy. Will be staying again.

Great stay in central location

Liked: Big room plenty of towels and hot water. Good communication and free parking
Disliked: Nothing major but perhaps the bathroom could do with a refresh (to match standard of room) but its all working and has plenty of hot water and soaps.

No hot water for shower....

Liked: The property was clean very good decor very comfortable bed tv plenty of room space plenty to drink there was a table and chair to sit on and an armchair to sit in for more comfort and the on suite bathroom was clean and tidy and comfortable to use
Disliked: I have no problem with what I asked for

Liked: Absolutely nothing .to like
Disliked: Spent 20 mins outside in the cold trying to gain entry.. despite numerous calls to the hotel .was eventually sent a txt with some instructions which were pretty vague and un helpful..Roof was nothing like the pictures .was far from superior ..skanky would be a better word in honesty .Heating didn't work .room was freezing cold . Shower was a joke and water barely warm ..TV wasn't working. Only a couple of channels were available.. .bed was extremely lumpy and very uncomfortable. And the extractor fan from the bathroom was extremely noisy and continued throughout the night ...

Disappointing

Liked: Free Parking
Disliked: Room was dated, bed & mattress were uncomfortable, no facilities or staff seen at accommodation, TV screen was the size of a laptop screen and a distance from the bed, made viewing not ideal and sound quality poor. Honestly it was overpriced as the room I ended up with, looked nothing like any of the rooms display on the booking portal. Felt like I went back in time, but not in a good way.
