Disliked: Host was not there. Had to wait 1 hour to receive the code to access the hotel.Despite emaling the business several time in order to receive my invoice for business reimbursement, i have received No response. Very bad and unprofessional.

Horrific!

Liked: Absolutely nothing! The service was abysmal, the bathroom was dirty - human hair left on the floor, the bathroom light above the mirror didn’t work, bathroom fan didn’t work, and worst of all, the shower head wasn’t fitted correctly and the shower was only giving cold water. When we called the help line which was advertised on the front desk and the website, we were welcomed with an extremely rude member of staff who claimed to be the manager. He told us it was our fault the shower was cold “because we should not be showering at 10am” and that “most normal people shower before 10”. When I asked for this in writing (I asked if this was written on the advert for the hotel), he proceeded to raise his voice at me, say “I’m not talking to you anymore” then hung up on me whilst I was trying to talk to him about resolving the shower issue. When we tried ringing him back, he kept declining our call. He was so incredibly rude to us that my partner was in tears. I’ve never experienced anything like it.
