Will not stay as any...

Liked: Streaming services on the tv (Netflix).
Disliked: Couldn’t check-in until 1:30pm. I messaged earlier and said when we were arriving. Originally, we were going to have to wait an hour since we arrived at 1pm and check-in wasn’t until 2pm. They don’t even have a luggage drop. Worker said she was helping cleaners but it was winter and dead so I’m not sure about that. The entire property seemed a little “sad” but maybe because it was winter and gloomy weather. Farther than we wanted to be from town too. Felt like camping and paid the same price per night as a nice new hotel in Auckland.

bright and cozy staying worth...

Liked: warm and cozy to stay and the space is good our cabin just in front of the kitchen and just few steps away from the bathroom comfy bed and pillow
Disliked: the shared bathroom is abit old and mouldy and the sensor light turn off when after minutes if you have no movement the kitchen have no plate or utensil need to rent it at the reception but thats alright you still can find a kettle and toaster in the kitchen

Check the cleanliness before you...

Liked: The location was within walking distance of some shops, and the camp had a pool and a mineral pool. Security was good, with the bonus of a security barrier that required a code to enter and exit. Cable channels were good, including Prime Netflix and YouTube. The bed was comfortable, and there was body wash, shampoo and hand soap provided. There were sufficient towels provided.
Disliked: The heat pump didn't work; it blew chilly air instead of hot, which made for a cold room. I couldn't inform reception as it shut at 6 pm, so I opened the front of the heat pump to check the filter, and it was caked with dust so much so that it was visible from the front of the heat pump (see attached photos). It needs good cleaning. We were expecting a sofa in the room as advertised to watch TV and sit on, and that's one of the main reasons for choosing the room, but no, there wasn't one, which was a big disappointment. The room was dusty; it looked like it hadn't been used in a while. The shower head had black mould on it, as did the hose, and it also needs a thorough clean. The light beside the bed didn't work, and the holder for the heat pump remote on the wall was also broken. We would have mentioned all this to reception upon check out, but reception was closed at 9.30 am. There was no milk given to us at reception, so we thought some would be in the fridge, but no, there wasn't. Based on our stay and the lack of cleanliness, we wouldn't stay again
