TERRIBLE.

Liked: Rooms were dirty …door was broken. Room was in terrible condition. Staff was not helpful. Never again.
Disliked: Room is not what is shown on photos. Very poor conditions, not worth the $ at all.

Liked: No hot water and no lamps, only lighting was dim.

Comfortable

Liked: Was ok for the night not the place I would stay again

Liked: Location was fabulous
Disliked: Needed more updated and access to back balcony

Section 8

Liked: Location was in front of a large pond in the center of town. Very convenient for venturing.
Disliked: It may be section 8. I had two residents who seemed to live there and they did not look well off.

Don't book idc how cheap...

Liked: Nothing at all I didn't even feel safe when I first got there I immediately tried to get a refund that booking wouldn't even allow it wasn't clean , stings on the bed , bath dirty I used a towel the whole time to bath , roaches was on the bed crawling even after me bleaching the entire room that I didn't get until after I complained about the first one and it still wasn't no better, and the towels was dirty
Disliked: The entire hotel from parking to how it looks

The nastiest hotel in America.

Liked: Nothing. The place was a rathole. I don’t know how something like this stays in operation. It’s near the center on Tarpon Springs so that’s the only good thing, but the facility itself is something I’d expect in a 3rd world country. Filthy beds. Bad smell, filthy walls and floors. Toilet didn’t flush properly, shower was broken and people outside who appear possible dangerous.
Disliked: Everything. This is a sanitation hazard. The bed sheet lifted a little and the mattress was covered in brown stains. The people outside were loud and we didn’t feel safe. Plus we paid $140!!! A night!!! For this. I expected for this price we’d have a pretty nice stay. Please do not stay here especially if you have kids. There’s cops patrolling day and night. It’s not safe.

Good

Liked: We have been to tarpon springs many times and this is the most convenient place for that location. We have stayed at worse places before. The previous reviews made this place seem horrible. Maybe there have been changes since those reviews but this place is decent. Things could be updated though. The air works, hot water works and there was no bugs. Beds were ok. The room was very clean. Staff was nice. There does seem to be extended stay customers but all of which were very nice to talk to. It's not the Marriott, but I would stay again.
