Excellent service, food and accomodation

Liked: Hilton Atocha is conveniently located close to the Madrid Atocha station. The hotel staff were responsive to our requests before our arrival. We specified our arrival window and also requested that the AC be turned on before our arrival, as Madrid was quite hot during our stay.Check-in was easy. The staff provided us with water. They also accommodated our request to provide a fan and an ironing board. The room (Premium King Suite) was large and featured a sofa bed. The air conditioning worked well, and that was important given the sweltering heat in Madrid during our stay. The hotel offers an extensive breakfast buffet at a reasonable price, as well as an à la carte breakfast menu. Both choices offer delicious food. Additionally, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and the food quality was excellent. The quality of service is also very exceptional.

Liked: Amazing location in the heart of the city. Can walk to all of the famous sites. Tons of food nearby. Parking is an option to pay for. Underground lot. Highly recommend. Rooms were beautiful and decoration was amazing. Clean and nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We appreciate the room upgrade and wish we had more time in Madrid!! Would stay here again
