BIG PROBLEM "The reception is...

Liked: That the room does not have a carpet
Disliked: THE BIG PROBLEM is that the reception is closed after 8pm, so if you have a problem no one will help you (which is what happened to me) The first night we couldn't sleep because the people who occupied the room above us were rioting all night long, we left at 6:30 am for work and they kept dragging furniture and hitting everything. We called the hotel's emergency number many times and they never answered, you can't even leave a message. When we returned to the hotel in the afternoon we went to the reception to cancel our stay and they told us that THE POLICE had already removed the people from the room, that they had been back 5 times because they received too many calls about riots, I know they can't control who stays at the hotel but it's horrible that they don't help you during the night and you have to try to fix what happens in their hotel. 2. They had no TV service during the days we were there. 3. If you want to take a shower you have to wait up to 15 minutes for hot water. 4. The bathroom is dirty. The facilities may be good but I DO NOT recommend it if what you want is to rest and have a good trip.

Great renovated property for a...

Liked: To be honest, when I pulled up to the property, I was a little concerned about what it would be like. When we got inside, I was more than pleased with the room. They have completely updated the rooms and they are very well done. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We had seen before we booked that people commented on not being able to get TV service at all. It was still the case when we came. That was the only thing I would say they need to fix. That’s way too long to not offer TV to people. They did offer us a discount because of the TV, but just be aware if you want TV that you would want to double check if they have it. Overall, a wonderful stay.
