Perfect for a city break

Liked: My late check-in (with the aid of a lockbox) worked really well. Great central location.

Good value for money hotel...

Liked: Simple, clean, good value for money hotel, with pleasant, whimsical dining area and lounge
Disliked: Location near Rudolf Platz not very pretty, although close to trendy Belgisches Viertel.

It's a great stay, comfortable...

Liked: It's very well located, it's close to the pedestrian area with loads of restaurants and bars -and shopping. Even though it's on the main street it's not noisy, the parking facility is very helpful. 15-20 minutes walk to the Dom, and the old city. Their breakfast room is very tastefully done as are the rooms.

Too loud for comfort

Liked: Clean and quaint. We liked the sitting area and tea with cake at 4pm. We were close to everything. The staff were nice.
Disliked: The noise all night to 6am kept us up. The people drunk yelling with no police covering the noise.

Very good

Cozy hotel with excellent location

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is within walking distance. Rooms are a bit spartan, but comfortable. In contrast, the communal spaces are very decorative and cozy. The cleanliness was good, the staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Last night of my stay there was something wrong with the drains of the shower, leaving most of the bathroom flooded. Since very few staff are running the place, I couldn't find anyone to whom I could report this issue. Otherwise everything went well.
