Liked: It was dirty and there were people smoking marijuana outside it was deplorable conditions and I did not feel safe staying there with my family. There were men calling out to my daughters saying nasty things whistling at them it was not a place I wanted to be or knew the conditions before hand the pictures are deceiving.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Nothing we got our money back and never stayed there
Disliked: Room smelled awful, we asked for a kitchenette, the burners didn't work, the little refrigerator didn't work and when we opened the freezer door a German roach came running out, my husband pulled out the fridge to see if it was even plugged in and we saw these bugs eveywhere, so we were no way, not acceptable

Liked: Nice and quiet..... no one bothers you.... the staff and management were very helpful and friendly....
Disliked: Children running around unattended....

Liked: STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL
Disliked: No microwave in the room. I was in 166 this time. It's a long walk to the lobby for one microwave that people are lined up to use. It's a pretty cheap and simple fix.

Liked: it was clean and everything was acceptable
Disliked: not a comfortable mattress, I slept with my child and at night because the mattress was too soft we rolled into the center of the bed, but this is not a very big problem and overall we are happy
