Liked: Nothing to praise, room was dirty, had bugs
Disliked: Not anywhere near the property description

Reasonably priced good staff and...

Liked: Being close to Indian Rocks Beech and breakfast and lunch at Cosmos Cafe'.
Disliked: Roaches

We only stayed one night...

Liked: The room was clean, and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: I had reserved a handicap room on the first floor -- but when I got there, I was told that could not be guaranteed – – and we were put on the top floor of the building with a handicap person. The staff believed because there was an elevator this should not be a problem. However, I explained that in an emergency a handicap person cannot get out of the building if they're on the top floor.

Disliked: More utensils - 4 persons only 2 plates, 2 bowlssomething/somewhere to turn down the dishes...
