the stay had its ups...

Liked: My stay at Clayton Hotel Cambridge was great thanks to two amazing people—Mr. Ali and Victor. Mr. Ali was the only one who cleaned my room and did it better than anyone else. Victor was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. They both made a real difference!
Disliked: there were days when other housekeeping staff didn’t clean the room properly, and it was disappointing. Also, whenever I called reception for something simple like toilet tissue, it took more than an hour to arrive. The service would really benefit from better consistency.

Almost perfect - just issue...

Liked: Perfect location, comfiest beds ever, always spotlessly clean, re opened bar so we could get a drink!!!
Disliked: Air con was locked had to call reception twiceTo sort & complimentary biscuits were open with one missing!!

Absolutely superb

Liked: Hotel was superb, everything we needed for a 2 night stay, it was spotless and staff were excellent, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would defiantly stay there again, situated near Cambridge station.
Disliked: We could not fault the hotel at all.
