Very luxurious. I wish I...
Liked: Bed, pillows were very comfortable. Shower was amazing. Loved the tea selection and the cups provided in the room. The hotel was conveniently located near the station, yet it was remarkably quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of places to eat, and the bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away. Bike hire right outside the hotel, which my son loved. I would happily stay here again.

Peaceful and relaxing
Liked: Check in was quick and smooth, room was very silent and i had a very peaceful sleep
Disliked: Another room tried to charge their dinner at the restaurant to our room so when we checked out we were asked to pay it. The hotel stuff was very nice, they believed us and we didn't pay for it. But I thought restaurant staff should ask for a name and room number so they are sure they are indeed sleeping in that room.

Clean, modern and comfortable stay
Liked: Fresh, clean and modern room. Extra large bed and duvet/pillows felt luxury. Air con was great. Breakfast was nice with fresh eggs on request.
Disliked: Not ideal that parking is at the station and expensive but that won’t put me off coming back as I have tried several other hotels in Cambridge recently and this is by far the best I’ve stayed in.

Liked: The staff were all very friendly and helpful, but what I particularly liked was the service I received in reception. I had booked through Booking.com and had received an email inviting me to check in online, something which, as a person in their 60s, I can't stand! I ignored it, but a few hours before I was supposed to arrive, I received a message on my phone telling me "Check in online, time is running out". This led me to panic and it seemed ridiculous, seeing as I had already paid for the room. I therefore called the hotel where a very helpful young man called Suhas told me that the message was automatic and that I didn't need to reply. This calmed me down and helped me enjoy my stay. Suhas and his colleagues were also very helpful when I arrived at the hotel. If there's a message in here it's that people of my generation (and there are lots of us) like to deal with people when we go to a hotel or restaurant and not apps! Your people are good and it makes a difference. By the way, this review is for internal use: if you need to publish it, then PLEASE keep it anonymous!
