Disliked: No warm water in this hotel we difficult to get the barth

Convenient location & clean. But...

Liked: The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful when they were around. The rooms were extremely clean.
Disliked: There was no heating in the bedrooms when we stayed in early March with freezing overnight temperatures so it was bitterly cold. The hotel staff knew that the heating had broken down and had called in a repair man but no other source of temporary heating was provided to us like a fan heater. Also, we could not connect to the WiFi. The hotel closed/shut down during much of the day and overnight and so there were no staff present at all except when the Indian restaurant opened in the late afternoon/ early evening. Someone just came in to make us our breakfast. The incense burning was a bit overpowering too bearing in mind that I am an asthmatic.

Disliked: Very poor hot water facilities. Room is cold. Heaters doesn?t work properly. They don?t have a additional heater even if I?m asking. We spent big money (120£) per night and not satisfied at all about this room and facilities
