Liked: The check in was very easy and I was greeted warmly. I really love the notebook that was supplied because it contained housekeeping, breakfast and other helpful information. The room was amazing and the entire hotel staff were very friendly and professional.
Disliked: I didn't like that I had to leave and go back home!!!!!

Liked: Nice room. Very well-kept space. Beds were very comfortable, and the showers were decent. Nice kitchenette area too. They have a billiard table with free play and a coffee machine always available. Great view of the Grand Traverse Bay the hotel was situated on. There was a balcony with a couple chairs (more on this later). In the Main bedroom was a beautiful jetted tub; deep enough to stand in and be 3' under water.
Disliked: Second bed in a two room suite was a little smaller than expected, but a pull out bed was easy to access with a few minor room movements. The wind picked up at night, and that made the window “howl”. The balcony door in the main room was not secured by whoever was there ahead of us and it blew open during the night. T took a little bit of finagling but we finally managed to turn the lock bolt that prevented it from happening again.
