Liked: The room was unique not at all like a motel. The grounds are well maintained, the lower grounds had wild turkeys and deer browsing in the morning. The ponds were clear, so well maintained, and mosquito free. The entire building was clean. The staff was helpful. I was greeted and taken on a tour of the building and shown how the door lock system worked.
Disliked: Though breakfast was advertised and included it was carbohydrates not protein. I went to get some coffee to go only to find there were no to-go containers. There is no air conditioning. The window crank handles were missing in the room. The maintenance person found a crank that could fit all of the windows.

Overpriced. Short on amenities. Overall...

Wow, sensational!

Liked: What a delight! This custom home is gorgeous as is the grounds. Our host Chad was exceptional. Welcoming and warm. Just go stay here. You will not regret a moment. Bubbling in the hot tub watching the sun set on the Cabinet Mountains while deer play in front of you
Disliked: We loved everything but know that you need to sort your own dinner. It's not far back to town for lovely restaurants. Just something we think to be aware of. It's gorgeous, you don't want to leave the beautiful grounds but if you're hungry, you will need to

We made it work but...

Liked: The breakfast was so poor we left and drove to a restaurant. The location was quiet.
Disliked: No kitchenette just microwave and minifridge in a closet, no air conditioning, large spiders in the room, no nightstands, no actual breakfast, just microwave oatmeal, banana, and toast, way overpriced for what you get.

Liked: great garden and inside decoration was so amazing. Sauna, hot tub we enjoyed a lot. bed comfortable. bathroom was great.
Disliked: communication were not smooth. I sent messages couple times. question or about room etc there was no answer at all. no charge for kids, but there was difference between 2 adults or 2 adults +kid.I thought no charge for kid but difference was $40. charged for $40 for breakfast? if so sorry but breakfast was't like $40 worth. also it was much cheaper from their own web page. seemed it fixed now.

Liked: Beautiful place with amazing decor and atmosphere. The managers are so nice and informative.

If measured by a good...

Liked: Location was very peaceful and beautiful. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: Walls were paper thin. Could hear everything in other guest rooms. Difficult to sleep. Breakfast was paltry and somewhat stingy - like 2 oranges in a bowl put out for 6 guests. Reviews were misleading, and unbalanced. A B&B Is about a good nights sleep and a hearty breakfast. This place was average on both.
