Liked: Excellent room, location, views, cleanliness.
Disliked: No effective way to heat room...cold in January! No in-room coffee/tea service. No staff on site after 5 pm. Advertised amenities (breakfast, evening cocktail) were only available "at additional cost" for those of us who booked through Booking.com, Expedia.com, etc. Had to direct-book with hotel to receive advertised amenities.
