The room was basic however...

Liked: quiet at night, breakfast
Disliked: One bed was missing a maters protector, the light didn't come on after my friend went out to the toilet so she couldn't see and her way back to our room in middle of the night

Nice place

Liked: Nice place, comfortable bed and room. Lovely breakfast, and dinner too actually. Friendly propretor let me in an hour early. Bar on site if you happen to need it.
Disliked: Mountain view wasn't quite as lovely as I expected, due to the intervening trees and farmyard.

Liked: Good breakfast with lots of choice. Prompt, friendly service. Interesting fellow guests to chat to!Good to be able to book dinner in a relatively remote location. Food was tasty and enjoyable. Great location. Very quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: Mattress was too soft for me and a bit lumpy.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was brill for what we wanted. The host was very welcoming. The accomodation was beautiful and clean and the window in our room overlooked the Snowdonian mountains. Breakfast was lovely and the host Louise even organised evening meals for our stay + they were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: Nothing

Good

Liked: Convenient location when walking the coast path. Pleasant garden.
Disliked: Lack of attention to detail: out of date menu and wifi information in the bedroom, no indication that Louise would vanish so the bar was unavailable until she returned and used plates weren't cleared from tables after supper. It felt as though there's an absentee landlord.

Very good

Liked: Great location, comfy bed, very welcoming host
Disliked: I was up early so took a bagged breakfast. I though it could have been a bit more substantial - maybe include a cereal bar/yoghurt/banana. Considering the charge of 120 per night I have liked more breakfast

Pleasant location for exploring historic...

Liked: Satisfactory breakfast.Rural location, especially view of field of well fed sheep; (view described of Snowdonia somewhat obstructed by row of trees, pleasant nonetheless).Good access by car to visit prehistoric sites, historic houses & gardens, historic churches, holy wells, &c.Reasonable size room, comfortable, clean.Spacious parking area.
Disliked: Somewhat restrictive rules, for example: consumption of food not allowed on premises or in the garden seating area unless food purchased from the b&b. Check-in and check-out time limit (7pm and 10am respectively) are rather early; no doubt this reflects rural work timetables although may not easily accord with the range of customers’ needs.Having vacated our belongings from the room by 10am, and as we left the front door of the premises at 10.15, it was rather unnecessary to be reminded ‘checkout at 10’.
