Liked: Breakfast didn't seem organised, only my daughter was eating, we waited 35 mins for 1 cooked breakfast and 1 pot of tea I had to chase it up as it was going to make us late, this was 7.30 on a Sunday morning and we seemed to be the only ones down there at that time.
Disliked: No bath plugs, waited nearly an hour for them to get one for us, no bins in bathroom, TV didn't work, no tea and coffee in room. No room service. No telephone to call reception. (3rd floor) we had to go up and down quite a bit.

Nightmare.

Liked: Lovely welcome, great location.
Disliked: Told on arrival about the disco in the hotel bar and was then given a room directly above. Below us was also the courtyard where people gathered to smoke and socialise until 3am. Having a large gap in the window frame, meant we were unable to sleep. We then discovered that the remote control for the TV was missing, so couldn't even watch TV. After approximately 3 hours sleep, a member of staff decided to clean up in the courtyard at 6-30 am, waking us up. We decided to get up and go home. We won't be returning.

Friendly stay

Liked: Charming old hotel in the heart of town with friendly staff and owners. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Would definitely come back again.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.

Good Pub, Hotel Less-so

Liked: Great central location, nice pub.
Disliked: Very small room, no window as such as it was covered up, no kettle in room.
